Ninja Performance is not held responsible for damage, legal problems or otherwise associated with above stated parts.

Warranties:
Ninja Performance LLC sole warranty for any and all products sold is set forth in the warranty documentation associated with the product. Ninja Performance LLC gives no warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of the product usage for any particular purpose. Ninja Performance is not liable for any damages, accidents, problems caused by improper installation or usage of products. All products must be installed by experienced, or otherwise certified mechanics with proper knowledge and prior experience.

Installations:
Buyer by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions will indemnify and hold Ninja Performance not liable for any damages incurred as a result of any items purchased from Ninja Performance LLC. Ninja Performance LLC is not responsible for any damage to the automobile in any way from any product purchased from Ninja Performance LLC.

Genuine Mitsubishi versus OEM Parts
Ninja Performance LLC sells a large volume of Genuine Mitsubishi and OEM parts. Each product is detailed with the Manufacturer listed to ensure our customers know exactly what they are purchasing.

*Genuine OEM Mitsubishi parts are parts manufactured for Mitsubishi by whichever parts manufacturer makes that part for Mitsubishi AND has that part boxed and or bagged and labeled in a Mitsubishi parts box and or bag. The Manufacturer for these parts are listed as Mitsubishi.

*OEM or Original Equipment Manufacturer parts are made by the same manufacturer using the same materials and manufacturing process used to make the Genuine OEM Mitsubishi parts, the only diference is the part is not boxed and or bagged and labeled in a Mitsubishi box and or bag. In most cases this means the same part as the Genuine OEM Mitsubishi part can by purchased at a discount. The Manufacturer for these parts are listed as OEM.
