Don't let anyone talk you out of solid engine mounts. I installed these on my 95 VR4 and only issue I encountered it minor vibration at idle and start-up, and you can hear the engines normal noises with the windows up. Mainly the AC compressor.
Tip: when installing these mounts, tighten all mounts to the VEHICLE first and leave the center bolts loose until all mounts are installed. These mounts are solid and will not allow any movement if 3 are tightened, and that last one won't quite line up.
