Ninja Performance LLC offers a 30-day return policy.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days of invoice.
No returns will be accepted on "Special Order" parts, "Made-to-Order" parts, Internal Engine parts, Clutches, or any/all electronics.
All fuel Kits and Braided Hose Oil Kits, for example, are special order and may not be returned for any reason unless the wrong part was shipped, for example: Wrong type of braided hose or wrong hose ends color was built and shipped. That would be an error on the part of Ninja Performance LLC and we would pay for the return shipping and either fully refund the order or correct the issue, the choice would be up to the customer.
Various manufacturers/suppliers carry their own return policies that over ride our internal policies but mostly cover Manufacturer Defect Replacements.
No returns will be accepted on products that have been used, installed, or altered from their original condition.
Returned orders are subject to restocking fees of up to 25 percent, based on manufacturer return policies.
"Free Shipping" is not actually free of shipping charges. Items shipped to the customer with "Free Shipping" do actually cost us shipping fees to ship to the customer, we just include that charge in the price of the part. If we shipped the correct part, and the part is as described in the product details, and the part is in the condition described in the product details, and the order was packed in a professional manner as to protect the items during transport, the shipping charges we incurred shipping the part(s) to the customer will be deducted from the refunded amount. Otherwise we would lose money on the order because a customer changed their mind or ordered the incorrect part. This may be overridden in certain circumstances including but not limited to the customer returning a part that is a part of a multi part order so that the remaining parts the customer keeps would cover any shipping costs we incurred shipping the order to the customer. We DO NOT attempt to make money on shipping. As an example: In the case of a customer ordering one part and we ship the correct part ordered in the condition stated in the product detail page but for whatever reason the customer requests and is granted a return authorization for the part, the customer would be required to pay for the shipping to return the part since the correct part was shipped to the customer and it was in the condition stated in the product detail page it is the fault of the customer not Ninja Performance LLC that the part is being returned. The refunded amount would be the original paid cost for the part minus any restocking fee and minus the ACTUAL shipping we paid to have the item shipped to the customer. As stated above, if the part being returned is part of a multi part order we may waive the original shipping costs we incurred shipping the order to the customer.
NOTE: ALL PACKAGES ARE SENT "SIGNATURE REQUIRED"
Same Day Shipping is generally available on orders placed by 12:00 p.m. EST Monday-Friday if the product
is in stock at the time the order is received. No shipping is done on Saturday or Sunday.
Note: Due to shipper restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
All Shipments are subject to stock availability.
According to Visa., MasterCard., American Express., and Discover. regulations,
Ninja Performance LLC is not allowed to ship product to an address that is not on file with the credit card holders bank.
This address can be either the customers billing address or an authorized ship-to address.
An order is considered shipped as soon as it is verified that the product is in stock and the order has been processed.
A shipped order is subject to all the return policies laid out below.
There will be a charge of $25.00 to your account for any shipment that is refused,
along with ordinary return policy and shipping costs, including original shipping cost incurred by Ninja Performance LLC.
Important Notes: NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.
For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling or emailing for an RMA number:
customer name, invoice number, serial number and nature of the problem.
All products returned MUST be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials,
original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and
documentation provided by the manufacturer. Customer is responsible for ALL shipping charges on returned items.
This includes the shipping charges Ninja Performance incurred shipping the item to the customer.
FREE shipping only refers to not charging the customer additional charges over and above the item price listed on the site.
FREE shipping does not mean Ninja Performance LLC does not incur shipping charges shipping orders to the customer.
If the item is being returned due to Ninja Performance LLC shipping the incorrect part, Ninja Performance LLC will pay
for the shipping charges to have the item shipped back to Ninja Performance LLC, and if the customer requests a refund
for that part, Ninja Performance LC will fully refund the amount for that part.
If the part is being returned due to the customer changing their mind, ordering the wrong part, or any other reason
that is beyond the control or fault of Ninja Performance LLC, The customer will be responsible for shipping charges to
ship the part back to Ninja Performance LLC AND will be refunded for the part MINUS the shipping charges Ninja Performance LLC
incurred shipping the part to the customer. Ninja Performance LLC will NOT take shipping charge losses due to customer error.
If product is refused, customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from destination that
Ninja Performance LLC has incurred. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is
lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
If merchandise arrives damaged, save the merchandise AND the original packaging.
Notify us immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pickup of damaged merchandise.
DEFECTIVE returns are to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair under the manufacturers
warranty policies. Manufacturer restrictions do apply and any item that is missing the UPC can ONLY be replaced
with the same item. NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted directly by Ninja Performance LLC within 30 days from the invoice date,
at our discretion for credit, exchange. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to restocking fees of up to 25 percent.
Any credits will be issued by PayPal, check, or by a credit card account credit by Ninja Performance LLC within 30 days of receiving
the returned merchandise. All shipping expenses are non-refundable.
Weather, earthquakes, carrier neglect or loss, change of mind in purchase, change of address, relocation,
your spouse opening the package or finding your credit card bill, etc.., shall not subject orders to
cancellation or return.
